摘　　要：城市少数民族流动人口的贫困问题表现在物质、精神、文化和制度等诸多方面,社会工作的助人自助、尊重等价值观为少数民族流动人口的反贫困提供了基本思路,个案工作、小组工作、社区工作、社会行政等四大专业方法可以分别作用于少数民族流动人口的个体、人际、社区和政策层面,进行全面赋权。The poverty problem of city minority floating population, performance in some aspects such as material, spirit, culture and system, the values of helping people to help themselves and respect from social work provide the basic train of thought for against the this problem, the four methods, case work, group ＇work, community work and social administration can work on these levels of individual, interpersonal, community and the policy of the floating population of ethnic minorities, for comprehensive empowerment.
