摘 要:介绍了二辊斜轧穿孔变形区的组成以及导围工具的发展历程;分析了导板、导盘在穿孔变形过程中轧件与工具的接触顺序;叙述了导板、导盘在封闭变形区时各自的特点,以及在穿轧试验机上进行的关于导围工具对穿孔效率影响的试验情况;结合导板、导盘两者的优点,提出了一个关于改造导板安装、使用方式的设想。Described in the article are composition of the 2-roll rotary piercing deformation zones, and the de- velopment history of the guiding tools. Analyzed is the sequence of contact between the workpiece and the operational tool. i.e., the guide shoe or the guide disc during piercing deformation process. Elaborated are the separate charact- eristics of the guide shoe and the guide disc in the closed deformation zone, and the result of the test as performed with the piercing test machine for the purpose of identifying the effect by the guiding tools on piercing efficiency. Taking the advantages of both the guide shoe and the guide disc into consideration, an idea for improving installation and operation processes for the guide shoe is put forward.
