白介素4受体α链Ile50Val基因多态性与支气管哮喘关系的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的利用Meta分析的方法，综合评价白介素4受体α链基因Ile50Val位点多态性与支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）的相关性。方法计算机及手工检索2013年2月以前中外有关白介素4受体α链基因11e50Val位点多态性与哮喘关系的病例-对照研究。在评价纳入研究质量，提取有效数据后，采用RevMan5．0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入5个病例对照研究，累计病例641例，对照647例。Meta分析结果显示：文献无明显发表偏倚。基因型Ilelle、IleVal和ValVal的合并OR（95％CI）分别为：1．08（0．83～1．40），1.16（0．81～1．65），0．81（0．49～1．33）；Z（P）值分别为0．55（0．58），0．81（0．42），0．83（0．41）。lie和Val等位基因的合并OR（95％CI）分别为：1．14（0．84～1．54），0．88（0．65～1．19）；Z（P）值分别为0．82（O．41），0．82（O．41），其中对有关中国汉族人群的研究得到类似结果。结论白介素4受体α链基因Ile50Val位点多态性和人群哮喘易感性可能没有明显相关性。Objective To investigate the association between the polymorphism of Ile50Val in the interleukin-4 receptor alpha （IL-4R~） gene and bronchial asthma （asthma）. Methods Case-control studies on polymorphism of Ile50Val and asthma were collected. The quality of the included studies was evaluated and the data was extracted. RevMan 5.0 software was used for Meta-analysis. Results A total of five studies were identified, involving 641 cases in the asthma group and 647 cases in the control group. No significant difference was found in the distributions of the genotypes （IleIle, IleVal, ValVal） between the asthmatic subjects and controls （ P〈 0. 05）. No significant difference was observed in the allele frequency （Ile,Val） between the two groups （ P〈0.05）. Conclusions Current evidence suggests that the Ile50Val polymorphism of IL-4R~ gene is not associated with asthma.
