摘　　要：作为一种新型的信息服务模式,云记算改变了用户对设备、软件的支配关系,使用户对数据丧失了直接的掌控能力,因而引发了许多新的法律问题,如信息安全、数据权利、知识产权、司法管辖权等问题。为适应云计算时代的到来,我们必须从法律上解决云计算机的安全和监管问题,以消除我国信息技术的应用方面的法律障碍。As a new mode of information service, cloud computing has changed the relationship between the us- er and the equipment , software . The users lose the direct command of data, which lead to many new legal problems, such as information security, data rights, intellectual property, judicial jurisdiction. In order to a- dapt to the cloud computing era, we must address the safety and regulatory liminate the legal obstacles to the application of information technology in issues cloud computer legally, to e- China.
