津力达口服液治疗2型糖尿病40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的　对津力达口服液治疗 2型糖尿病气阴两虚证患者的疗效及安全性作出评价。方法　治疗组 4 0例 ,予津力达口服液 ,每次 2 0ml,每日 3次 ;对照组 30例 ,予渴乐宁胶囊 ,每次 4粒 ,每日 3次。 2组疗程均为 8周。结果　治疗组总有效率为 80 .0 0 % ,显效率为 60 .0 0 % ,对照组分别为 60 .0 0 %、33.33%。 2组疗效比较治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5)。治疗组空腹血糖、餐后 2h血糖、2 4h尿糖定量、糖化血红蛋白均明显下降 ,且未发现明显毒、副作用。结论　津力达口服液治疗 2型糖尿病气阴两虚证安全。Objective To evaluate therapeutic and side effects of Jin Li Da Liquor(JLDL) in treating type 2 diabetes melltus ( T2 DM) of Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome (QYD). Method 40 patients of the T2 DM with QYD were treated with JLDL and compared with 30 patients of the control group treated with Ke Le Nin Capsula. The therapeutic and side effects of the JLDL was also conducted. Results The total effective rate of the JLDL group was 80.00% and markedly effective rate was 60.00%, while those of the control group were 60.00% and 33.33% respectively, comparison between the two groups showed that the effect of the JLDL was superior to that of the control group, P < 0.05. The level of fasting blood glucose ,postprandial 2h blood glucose , HbA1 and glycosuria were reduced significantly in JLDL group . No side effect was found. Conclusion JLDL is effective and safe in treating T2 DM .
