摘　　要：随着城市社区的发展,甘肃城市社区建设初步建立了以地域性为特征、以认同感为纽带的新型社会框架。但还存在着社区办公条件差、社区服务工作者专业化程度不高、社区工作行政化倾向严重等问题。因此,加大甘肃城市社区建设的推进力度,成为理论工作者和实际工作者关注的重要理论和实践课题,急待我们认真研究和解决。With the development of urban community, Gansu urban community construction has initially established a new social framework which is characterized by regionalism and transmitted with the sense of identity. While there also exist many problems, such as poor working conditions, low-grade vocational skills of workers, severe administrative community work, and so on. Therefore, to make more efforts to promote the construction of urban communities in Gansu, has become an important theoretical and practical problem for theorists and practitioners, and needs to be studied and solved urgently.
