摘 要:针对目前机械结合部特性研究成果通用性差的问题,提出了一种机械结合部等效材料参数模型。基于GW接触模型和Hertz-Mindilin接触理论,由机械结合部试验获得的结合部单位面积刚度,推导出机械结合部等效材料参数——弹性模量和泊松比。以螺栓连接的机械结构为研究对象,对不同载荷作用下结构变形进行了数值分析,并将分析结果与试验测量结果进行了比较,验证了机械结合部等效材料参数的可行性和准确性。In order to improve the commonality of research findings in the mechanical joint properties, the equivalent material properties of the mechanical joints were proposed. Based on GW contact model and Hertz-Mindilin contact theory, the Young' s modulus and the Poisson' s ratio of the equivalent material properties were deduced by the stiffness per unit area in the joint, which was obtained by the experiment. A bolted structure was taken as the example. The deformation of the structure was measured and analyzed under the different loads, which including the deformation of the structure's joints. The comparison between the results of calculation and experiment validated the feasibility and effectiveness of the equivalent materical properties of the mechanical joints.
