速率法检测纤维蛋白原功能在心脑血管等血栓性疾病中的应用

摘　　要：目的:速率法检测纤维蛋白原功能,在诊断和治疗心、脑血管等血栓性疾病中的重要作用。方法:选择心、脑血管疾病患者200例,健康人50例,运用速率法进行实验。结果:40例冠心痛,18例心肌梗塞,142例脑梗塞病人的各项指标均高于50例正常健康人,有明显的统计学差异。结论:速率法适用于心、脑血管等血栓性疾病的早期诊断及溶栓治疗监测,并且本法采用单一试剂操作,简单,重复性好,敏感性高,结果稳定,在普通试验室也能开展。Objective :It was important that rate method detected fibrinogen for diagonsis and cure of heart and brain thrombotic disease. 200 thrombotic cases, Rate method. Result: The various index of patient were higher than so mormal persons. Conclusion: Rate method was used for early diagnosis of heart and brain thrombotic disease. This method was simple and the result of experiment was stable. So rate method should be used in ordinary lab.
