摘　　要：我国人口老龄化进程的加速使老年人口及失能老年人剧增。失能老人因为生活自理能力的欠缺、健康状况欠佳、"被排斥"的心态等因素对护理服务的需求急剧上升。我国家庭规模小型化,老年人长期护理成本逐步增高,养老机构发展滞后,这些将造成老年人护理服务供需失衡。本文分析了现阶段及未来我国失能老人的状态和构成以及未来对老年人长期护理需求变化,提出建立并完善我国老年人长期护理社会保险的对策。The rapid aging of the Chinese population brings a substantial increase in the number of disabled seniors. Their disability of handling daily life, poor health conditions and sense of being excluded, all of which lead to a rising demand for the elderly nursing service. In the predictable future, Due to the miniatur- ization of the size of our family, the high cost of elder care and the lack of well-developed nursing homes, China will face an imbalance between the supply and demand of the elderly nursing service. Based on the survey on the status and distribution of China＇ s current disabled seniors, this paper analyzes the future de- mand shift of long-term care for the elderly with disabilities and proposes to establish a long-term care in- surance system to improve the plight of the disabled seniors.
