摘 要:采用水平集函数对结构进行拓扑优化,并将优化后的三维模型的点云数据存入数据库中,用空间三角形面片法逼近拓扑优化后的水平集曲面,用面片边线的参数方程与零水平集交点实现对优化结果边界的提取。利用Delaunay三角剖分函数对提取的边界点云数据进行排序,将这些无序的离散点排序成最终能进行有效加工的边界曲线,并利用自动编程技术将这些边界曲线变成线切割机床加工的指令代码,最终实现从拓扑优化设计到数字化制造全过程的无缝连接,为实现拓扑优化结构的数字化设计与数字化制造集成奠定理论基础。The level set function is used to realize the structural topology optimization, and the point cloud data of the optimized 3D model is stored in a matrix. The triangle plane method is presented to approach the spatial surface of optimized level set function and the boundary data of optimization structure are obtained by seeking the intersections of the zero level set and the parametric equation of the triangle edges. Since the extracted boundary data is disordered and discrete, we propose to sort the boundary points cloud data with the Delaunay function according to the manufacturing requirements of NC (Numerical Control) machine tool. Based on the coding standards of the digital processing, the boundary data exported are changed into CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) machining program, and the wire electrical discharge machining is employed to complete the digital processing of the digital optimized structure. This process fulfills the seamless link between topology optimization and digital manufacturing, which lays the integrative theoretical foundation from digital design of optimization structure to digital manufacturing.
