摘 要:燃料电池轿车作为富有生命力的新能源汽车,在国内外受到极大关注。但是由于其结构复杂,制造工艺基础相对薄弱,导致整车可靠性保障困难。因此基于上海世博会示范运行(含世博后运行)的燃料电池轿车的试验数据,应用可靠性理论对整车及关键零部件进行可靠性耐久性分析,得出燃料电池轿车的故障分布规律,分析故障原因,确定相关的可靠性参数水平,为进一步提高燃料电池轿车可靠性耐久性提供参考。Fuel cell vehicle (FCV) , as a kind of vital new energy automobile, has received great concern both at home and abroad. However, due to the complex structures and weak manufacturing technology, it's difficult to guarantee the reliability of FCV. Based on the on-road test data of FCV being used at the Shanghai Expo in 2010, the reliability and durability of full ear and principal components were analyzed, the failure distribution and the failure reasons were concluded, and as a result reliability parameters were determined. Based on the work finished, the technology improvement direction was pointed out for the reliability increment of the full FCV.
