摘 要:疲劳失效是在长期循环应力作用下,材料表面或内部产生永久性累积损伤的过程。再制造是废旧机电产品高技术修复改造的产业化,是我国实现节能减排,建设两型社会指导方针的有效举措。采用科学的方法对再制造毛坯或产品进行疲劳寿命评估是再制造产业化发展面临的重要技术难题。由此,综述疲劳寿命评估技术的研究现状,介绍应用于再制造毛坯和产品的疲劳寿命评估方法,探讨进一步研究的思路和存在的主要问题。Fatigue failure may be defined as a permanent cumulative damage process in material surface or inner under long-term and cyclic stress. Remantffacturing is as the industrialization of maintain and reuse waste electromechanical products using high and new technologies. At the same time, remanufacturing is also an effective measure for economizing energy, decreasing discharge and establishing two type of society. It is an important technical problem in the process of remanufacturing industrialization development that fatigue life evaluation for remanufacturing blank and product using the scientific method. It was summarized that research present status about fatigue life evaluation technology, and introduced that fatigue life evaluation methods were applied to remanufacturing blank and product. Future research direction and the mainly existing problems were also discussed.
