摘  要:针对采用三结砷化镓太阳电池阵作为主电源的低轨道卫星进行梳理,介绍了典型平台产品的技术状态。收集、整理了在轨运行时间最长的三结砷化镓太阳电池阵的在轨遥测数据,给出了其在轨温度变化曲线,分析了电性能输出及演化情况,为后续三结砷化镓太阳电池阵的应用提供了数据支持。LEO satellites based on triple-junction GaAs solar array as primary power was counted, while an introduction of the typical platform product configuration was presented.The remote sensing data of the triple-junction GaAs solar array, which was the current longest product in orbit, was collected and sorted. Solar array electrical output and the degraded trend were obtained according to the analyzed data, as well as temperature variety in orbit. The following Triple-junction GaAs solar array application was supported by the provided data.
