摘  要:为了提高二次电源可靠性设计,结合某型号空间有效载荷配电器的研制,就其二次电源的可靠性设计展开讨论,将多种可靠性措施例如:一次电源输入设计、软启动设计、输入滤波设计、DC/DC模块选型、热设计、降额设计、电磁兼容(EMC)设计和PCB设计等结合起来,应用在实际工程中。采取上述可靠性措施后,浪涌电流减少为原来的1/10,二次电源稳定性好,可靠性高,在工程上具有较高的实用价值。In order to improve the design of reliability for secondary power on space payload, the design measures of the secondary power system combined with the research of a space payload distributor were discussed, including input design of primary power ,soft start,input filter, DC module selection, thermal, deraing, electro magnetic compatibility(EMC) and printed circuit board(PCB) design. After taking this measures, the surge current was dropping to 1/10, and stability and reliablity of the secondary power were well. All the results of the experiment and actual application show that the reliability design is effective.
