摘 要:为了加强电力企业对电能质量管理的水平,提高电力企业的市场竞争力,对电力设备及电能质量进行实时的监测已经成为重要的环节。将Web技术和面向对象技术相结合,开发出基于B/S结构的电能质量监控信息系统。该系统能够完成电能质量参数远程实时监测、设备管理、历史数据分析、报警信息管理以及电能质量评估等功能,具有监测精度高、易升级维护、使用灵活等基本特点。In order to improve the management of electric power enterprise of power quality and the market competitiveness of the electric power enterprise, the monitoring of power equipment and power quality of real-time were the important link. Based on the combination of the web technology and object-oriented technology, the power quality monitoring information system based on B/S structure was developed. The function such as remote real-time monitor power quality parameters, equipment management, history data analysis, alarm information management and power quality assessment and so on were achieved. The basic features such as high monitoring precision, easy upgrade and maintenance and flexibility were its advantages.
