摘 要:高效节能、智能数控的伺服压力机是压力加工装备转型升级的重点发展方向。运行曲线控制是伺服压力机需要解决的重点问题。在对伺服螺旋压力机工作特性和运动控制过程进行分析的基础上,提出SRSD伺服电机的五段控制模式与转矩过载系数的集合公式,建立滑块运行控制的仿真模型。利用Maltab/Simulink软件编制了运行曲线仿真系统及其人机界面。应用该仿真系统进行了2 500kN伺服螺旋压力机的运行曲线模拟。结果表明,所提出的五段控制模式有效简化了伺服螺旋压力机的运行控制问题,所编制的仿真系统与人机界面简单、实用,为伺服螺旋压力机运行曲线的运行控制提供了一种新思路。Servo presses with high efficiency energy saving and intelligent numerical control are the focus of development direction of transformation and upgrading of press-working equipments. The processing curve control is the key problem to be resolved on servo presses. On the base of analyzing the working characteristics and running control procedure of servo screw press,the control model of five stages and collection formula of torque overload coefficient of the servo motor were proposed. The simulation model of slider motion control was developed. The simulation system and human-machine interface were programmed on Maltab/Smi- ulink. By using the simulation system, the working curve of 2 500kN servo screw press was simulated. The result indicated that the proposed control model of five stages had effectively simplified the working control problem of servo screw presses. The pro- grammed simulation systems and human-machine interface were simple and practical. A new train of thought was provided for the working control on processing curve for servo screw presses.
