摘　　要：宫颈部分切除主要适用于有生育要求的宫颈上皮内瘤样病变和早期宫颈癌患者。手术保留子宫体,患者术后具备生育功能。然而,手术改变宫颈形态,可能导致宫颈机能不全,使妊娠及分娩的不良事件发生率增加。本文阐述宫颈部分切除与宫颈机能不全的相关问题。Partial trachelectomy is a fertility-preserving procedure for patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and early cervical cancer. However, the surgical procedure may change the shape of the cervix and cause cervical insufficiency, which can increase the risk of poor obstetric outcomes. This paper focused on the relationship between partial trachelectomy and cervical insufficiency.
