摘 要:针对某矿井深部倾斜煤层综采中存在的主要问题,进行巷道布置合理优化,引入错层位巷道布置采全厚采煤法.进一步发展完善错层位巷道布置体系,根据实际情况,将进风巷完全布置在顶板稳定的岩层中,将回风巷布置成半煤岩巷,并结合具体问题进行技术分析,运用有限差分软件FLAC3D进行了模拟验证.结果表明:这种布置方式能保证煤矿的安全生产,提高采出率,降低巷道维护成本,并有效防治冲击地压等一系列问题.For main problems existing in deep inclined coal seams fully mechanized mining, this study optimized roadway layout reasonably and introduced full height mining method of stagger arrangement roadway layout system. Stagger arrangement roadway layout system was further improved in the study. Based on practical situation, placed intake airway in stable rock strata totally and return airway in semi-coal rock, technical analysis was made combined with concrete problems, and performed numerical simulations to verify by the means of the finite difference program FLAC3D. The results show that this arrangement will guarantee safe production of coal mine, increase recovery, reduce roadways maintenance cost, effectively prevent and control problems such as rock burst.
