“阻育丸”绝育机理的动物实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨中药制剂“阻育丸”对雌性 SD大鼠的绝育效果及绝育机理。方法 :根据阴道涂片结果 ,选择动情前期一次顿服“阻育丸”3.75 g/ kg,并进行服药前后妊娠率 ,动情周期各时期 FSH、L H、E2 、P的比较及行解剖学检查。结果 :服用“阻育丸”后绝育率达 87.5 % ,妊娠的胚胎数也明显降低 ,各动情周期中 FSH显著下降 ,E2 、P未见显著性差异。病理切片卵巢组织中仅见各级发育的卵泡 ,未见排卵及黄体形成。结论 :“阻育丸”是一种方便、简单、安全、有效、价廉。Objective:To expolore the effect and the mechanism of sterilization of 'sterilization pill' on the femal SD rat.Methods:Proestrus stage was selected to give 'sterilization pill' 3.75g/kg one time during the experiment.To compare the pregnancy percentage after giving pills with before giving pills,to compare follicle stimulating hormone (FSH)、luteinizing hormone(LH)、estradiol(E 2)、progesterone (P) of each stage estrus cycle,and doing analomical examination.Results:After giving sterilization pill,the sterilization rate was 87.5%,the per embrgo was significantly decreased,FSH there were signal decreased but E 2 and P there were no significantly difference in each stage of estrus.Only with each stage growing ovarian follicle,there were no ovulation and into corpus luteum in pathological slices of ovary.Conclusions:'sterilization pill' was a kind of commodious、facility、safe、effective、cheap、painless medicine in the sterilization.
