摘 要:研究了镁铝水滑石的制备和微波改性工艺,通过正交实验考察了改性温度、改性时间、钛酸酯用量等因素对活化指数的影响,钛酸酯改性镁铝水滑石的最佳条件为:钛酸酯用量为5%,改性温度为75℃,改性时间为30 min。并对改性前后的镁铝水滑石添加至PVC中进行了性能测试。实验结果表明:镁铝水滑石能改善PVC的热稳定性,加工性能,阻燃消烟作用明显,改性后的镁铝水滑石性能更优。The preparation and microwave modification of Mg-Al-hydrotalcite were studied. The effect of modification temperature, modification time, titanate dosage etc factors on the activation index were investigated through orthogonal experiment. The optimum conditions for modification include titanate dosage of 5 %, modification temperature of 75 ℃, modification time of 30 min. The performance test were carried out which pre and post modification of Mg-Al-hydrotalcite added to PVC. Experimental result showed that Mg-Al-hydrotalcite could improve the thermal stability and processing property of PVC, modified Mg-Al-hydrotalcite had a better performance with obvious fire retardation and smoke suppression effects.
