摘  要:利用差热分析(DSC)、偏光显微镜(PLM)、透射电镜(TEM)、雾度仪、广角X射线衍射仪(WXRD)等方法研究了成核剂硅溶胶(Si sols)粒径大小对均聚聚丙烯(PP)结构和性能的影响。结果表明:随着硅溶胶平均粒径的增大,PP的结晶速率增大,结晶度增加,晶粒尺寸减小、分布更加均匀;PP材料热变形温度升高,但透明性降低;不同粒径硅溶胶的加入都能明显提高PP材料的冲击强度,但是对拉伸性能和弯曲性能影响不大;随着硅溶胶粒径的增大,硅溶胶粒子在PP基体中分散性变好。The effects of different particle size of silicon sols on the structure and properties of polypropylene (PP) were investigated through differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) ,polarizing microscopy (PLM) ,transmission electron microscope (TEM) ,haze instrument, wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), The experimental results showed that with the increase of particle size of silicon sols, the rate of crystallization of PP was accelerated, and the crystallinity was raised, the crystal size was decreased and became more uniformity; the thermal deformation temperature of PP was increased but the transparency was decreased, The tensile and bending strength changed little, but the impact strength had increased with the addition of different particle size of silicon sols, The dispersion of silicon in the PP had been better with the increase of particle size of silicon sols,
