摘  要:研究了超高分子量聚乙烯和β成核剂对等规聚丙烯的协同作用,探讨了其注塑试样结构与性能之间关系。实验中在测试力学性能的基础上,采用偏光显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对试样进行形貌观察,并用二维X射线衍射研究其内部结构。实验结果表明:超高分子量聚乙烯有维持聚丙烯链段取向的作用,能显著提高β-聚丙烯的拉伸强度。The synergistic effect of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and β nucleation agent on the isotactic polypropylene (iPP) was studied, and the relationship between the morphology and properties of its injection molded samples was investigated. On the basis of testing mechanical properties, polarized light microscopy (PLM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to observe its morphology, two dimensional X-ray diffraction method was also adopted to study its inner structures. The results indicated that due to the maintaining orientation of iPP chains by UHMWPE, the tensile strength of β-iPP was improved evidently.
