摘  要:介绍了1种聚合物空心微球/树脂复合材料的专用混合实验装置,通过对4种不同结构的混合元件进行混合实验,研究了该装置混合元件上导流部件数量、叶片倾角以及叶片截面积对复合材料中聚合物空心微球破损率以及混合均匀性的影响。结果表明:增加导流部件、叶片倾角可以在一定程度上提高中空微球在树脂中的均匀性,但破损率会大为增高。而减小叶片截面积可以在控制破损率升高的同时兼顾混合均匀性。当要求密度百分差限定在5%以下时,有1种结构的混合元件能够满足这一要求,但混合均匀性稍差。The special experimental device used to mix polymeric microsphere/resin composite material was introduced. The influences of diversion parts number, blade angle and blade sectional area of mixing element on polymeric hollow microsphere broken rate and mixing uniformity were studied through experiments in which four elements with different structures had been used. The result showed that increasing diversion parts and blade angle would raise the mixing uniformity to some extent, but the broken rate of hollow microsphere would raise meanwhile. However, when the blade sectional area were decreased, the broken rate of polymeric hollow microsphere would decrease, while the mixing uniformity became better. When the density differential percentage was limited to 5 % , only one mixing element could meet the requirement, but the mixing uniformity was poor.
