柔肝抑纤饮对肝纤维化大鼠肝功能及Ⅰ型胶原、Ⅲ型胶原水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察复方柔肝抑纤饮抗肝纤维化的疗效,并探讨其机制。方法:制备大鼠实验性肝纤维化模型,进行相应分组给予不同的处理,考察血清肝功能和肝纤维化指标,并对肝脏组织行免疫组化染色、Masson染色,结合图像定量分析等技术分析Ⅰ型胶原(col-Ⅰ)、Ⅲ型胶原(col-Ⅲ)水平。结果:柔肝抑纤饮可明显改善大鼠肝纤维化,并使血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、透明质酸(HA)等指标降低,降低col-Ⅰ、col-Ⅲ水平,经统计分析有显著性差异。结论:柔肝抑纤饮具有抗脂质过氧化作用,降低了col-Ⅰ、col-Ⅲ的抑制表达,可明显减轻大鼠肝脏内胶原纤维增生沉积,减少纤维化组织面积,减少了肝脏细胞外基质的产生和沉积,从而达到抗肝纤维化的作用。Objective：To observe the effect and advantages ot Chinese herbal compouna rtougan Ilxlan onnK on liver fibrosis,and to explore the mechanism of anti hepatic fibrosis. Methods：The experimental hepatic fi- brosis model of rats are made and inspected the serum liver function and liver fibrosis. And liver tissue for immunohistochemical staining,Masson staining,and analysis of col-I ,col-Ill level combined with the image quantitative analysis technique. Results ：Rougan Yixian drink can obviously improve liver fibrosis in rats and the serum ALT,HA decreased,decreased col-I ,col-Ill level. After statistical analysis,there were significant differences. Conclusion：Rougan Yixian drink has anti lipid per oxidation,reducing the inhibition of expres- sion of col-I ,col-m ,and can significantly reduce the deposition of collagen fiber hyperplasia in rat liver,decrease the fibrosis area,reduces the generation and deposition of liver extra cellular malrix,so as to achieve the effect of anti hepatic fibrosis.
