某石油企业职工健康检查结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解某石油企业职工身体健康状况,提出对职工健康有效的预防保健和控制措施。方法采用临床检查、医技检查和实验室检查,对2012年24 852名职工健康检查结果进行汇总分析。结果在24 852名职工中,检出各种疾病患者和指标异常者为20 287名,占体检总人数的81.63%;其中男性占60.75%,女性占39.25%。检出的主要疾病是甲状腺疾病、脂肪肝、心电图异常、高血压、胆囊疾病、高脂血症、糖尿病等,检出率分别为22.79%、21.45%、18.36%、27.65%、9.06%、7.70%和4.65%,男性检出率均高于女性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论该企业职工健康状况欠佳,检出疾病种类较多,应加强健康教育和健康指导,加强健康管理,提高职工健康水平。[ Objective] To understand the health status of workers in a petroleum enterprise, and put forward the effective preven- tion, healthcare and control measures. [ Methods ] With the clinical examination, medical examination and laboratory examination, physical examination results of 24 852 workers were collected and analyzed in 2012. [ Results ] Of 24 852 workers, 20 287 were de- tected with various diseases and abnormalities, accounting for 81.63% of the total number; male 60.75%, female 39.25%. The main diseases were thyroid disease, fatty liver, hypertension, abnormal electrocardiogram, gallbladder disease, hyperlipidemia, di- abetes, with detection rate of 22.79%, 21.45 %, 18.36%, 27.65%, 9.06%, 7.70% and 4.65%, respectively. The male incidence was significantly higher than that of female （ P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] Poor health status is found among the staff in this enterprise, various diseases were detected. It is necessary to strengthen the health education and health guidance, and strengthen the health management, to improve the health of workers.
