摘 要:目的探讨电话随访式健康教育对出院糖尿病患者影响。方法随机将2011年6月—2012年6月在河北联合大学附属附医院出院的糖尿病患者276例分为对照组和干预组。对照组采用常规出院指导,干预组在出院指导的基础上有计划、有目的地进行电话随访式健康教育。结果干预组患者对糖尿病知识的知晓率和治疗的依从性均高于对照组(均P<0.01);对医院服务的满意度分别为98.55%和85.51%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.00,P<0.01)。结论电话随访式健康教育可提高糖尿病患者对糖尿病相关知识的知晓率、糖尿病治疗的依从性及对医院服务的满意度。[Objective]To discuss the impact of health education with telephone follow-up on discharged patients with diabetes. [ Methods] A total of 276 diabetes patients discharged from Affiliated Hospital of Hebei United University during June 2011- June 2012 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. The control group received conventional discharge guidance, the intervention group plus a planned and targeted health education with telephone follow-up. [ Results] The awareness of diabetes knowledge and treatment compliance of intervention group were higher than those of the control group ( both P 〈 0.01 ). The satis- faction with hospital services of intervention group and control group was 98.55% and 85.51%, respectively, with significant difference( X2 = 16.00, P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion ] Health education with telephone follow-up can improve the awareness of diabetes knowledge, treatment compliance and satisfaction with hospital services of diabetes patients.
