摘　　要：目的了解评价汉中市4个地震灾区县儿童预防接种信息系统建设与实施效果。方法通过查看资料、问卷、现场调查、客户端督导工具等方法对信息化建设人员、设备、经费投入、信息系统运行、数据录入报告质量进行评价。结果汉中市地震灾区4个县乡级接种管理单位全部实施启用儿童预防接种信息系统,覆盖率达100%,都配备有专用计算机、打印机和U盘。100%乡级接种报告管理单位安装了客户端软件,录入2005年后儿童接种个案信息达97%以上,但录入完整性和及时性较差。结论汉中市地震灾区实施儿童预防接种信息系统建设工作整体良好,但系统运行的后续维护经费不足,个别乡镇工作人员频繁换岗、人员年龄偏大、操作技能水平低下,需进一步加大保障资金投入与人员队伍建设,强化技能培训和督导。[ Objective ] To understand the construction and implementation of children vaccination information systems in 4 quakehit areas of Hanzhong City. [ Methods] By data review, questionnaire, field investigation, the supervision of the client tools, the information technology personnel, equipment, funding, information systems operation, data entry report quality were evaluated. [ Results] Four county -level vaccination management units in quake-hit areas of Hanzhong City had enabled children vaccination information system, with the coverage rate of 100%, all equipped with computers, printers, and U disk. Client software had been installed in all township level vaccination reporting units. Over 97% children vaccination data after year 2005 were input into the system, but completeness and timeliness were poor. [ Conclusion] The children vaccination information system is general good in quake-hit areas of Hanzhong City. But the problems of insufficient maintenance funds, frequent changing of township staff, lack of young workers, low level of skills exist. Therefore,it is necessary to increase funding and staff team building, to strengthen skills training and supervision.
