科素亚对慢性肾小球肾炎患者尿蛋白作用的短期观察

摘　　要：目的了解新型AngⅡ受体拮抗剂科素亚对慢性小球肾炎患者尿蛋白排泄的影响。方法观察了 2 8例病人治疗前后 2 4小时尿蛋白 (2 4hrUpro)、平均动脉压 (mBp)及血清尿素氮 (Bun)、肌酐 (Cr)的变化。结果治疗后患者 2 4hrUpro较治疗前明显减少 (P <0 .0 1) ,mBp明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而血清尿素氮、肌酐治疗前后相比差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论科素亚能使慢性肾炎患者尿蛋白排泄明显减少 ,具有延缓肾小球硬化进程 ,保护肾脏功能的作用。Objective To find out the influence effect of cozzar (a new kind of anti-AngⅡ receptor) on urine protein in chronic glomerulonephritis patients. Methods 28 cases were used as subjects,adn 24-hour-urine protein (24hrUpro),mean blood uurea nitrogen (Bun) and creatinine (Cr) were observed before and after therapy.Results 24hrUpro and mBp decreased significantly than that before curing ( P <0.01 or P <0.05),wihile Bun and Cr wasn't showing signficant difference difference before and after therapy ( P <0.05).Conclusion The cozzar could make excretion of urine protein decrease significantly in chrouic glomerulonephritis patients.Therefore,we think cozzar maybe postpone the process of glomerulus sclerosis and protection kidney function.
