摘 要:检测对比了6种不同品质硅微粉物理化学性能,将6种不同规格硅微粉应用于一个固定的矾土基低水泥浇注料配方,研究了不同硅微粉性质差异对浇注料流动性、常温性能和高温烧后性能影响。结果表明:硅微粉碳含量、粒径及本身流动性对浇注料流动性有很大影响,这最终影响浇注料常规物理性能。D组锆英石生产脱硅收集硅微粉杂质含量小,颗粒分布均匀且粒径小,本身流动性好,可以使浇注料获得较好性能,适宜作为浇注料微粉添加物。The physical and chemical properties of six different micro-silica are contrasted, then add six different micro-silica into an invariable bauxite-base low cement castable, and the effects of difference of micro-silica addition on rheological behavior, normal temperature properties and high temperature properties were investigated. The results indicated that the content of carbon, particle size and flowability of micro- silica had great effect on the flowability of the castable, which would finally determine the common physical properties. Sample D had good properties with the addition of micro-silicon obtained from zircon. This kind of micro-silica was suitable to be additives, for it had low impurities, uniformity of partical distribution, small particle size and well flowability.
