摘  要:高炉风口回旋区深度是高炉实现最佳冶炼的重要参数之一。简要介绍了回旋区深度理论建模计算、经验公式计算的研究及不足,同时介绍了炉芯取样、风口探针、激光雷达、微波雷达等几种风口回旋区深度直接测量技术的测量原理及应用现状。通过对各种直接测量技术的分类讨论和优劣对比,得出微波测量是1种较为有效的回旋区深度测量方法。在完善各种回旋区深度直接测量方法的同时,建议结合CCD成像等其它监测系统同步完成风口多项指标的测量。The raceway depth was one of the important parameters to create the best conditions for stable blast iurnace operauon. Theoretical modeling calculation,research situation and shortage of empirical formula were discussed. At same time, the basic principles and application status of several kinds of direct measurement method including sampling from furnace core, tuyere probe method, laser radar method and microwave radar method were discussed in detail. On the basis of comprehensive comparison and classified discussion of the direct measurement methods, microwave radar method was found to be a more effective method of measuring the raceway depth. While direct measurement methods were improved, the other measurement methods such as CCD imaging and monitoring system were suggested to be used with raceway depth measurement methods, to synchronously measure multiple parameters.The raceway depth was one of the important parameters to create the best conditions for stable blast iurnace operauon.
