摘　　要：目的探讨硝苯吡啶期待治疗前置胎盘的效果。方法　将 6 1例未足月前置胎盘患者 ,随机分成两组 ,对照组 31例采用硫酸镁治疗 ,治疗组 30例采用口服硝苯吡啶治疗 ,观察硝苯吡啶对前置胎盘的治疗效果、不良反应及对新生儿的影响。结果　治疗组平均延长孕期 2 7 96天 ,新生儿出生体重平均 2 916 32g,与对照组比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　硝苯吡啶用于前置胎盘期待治疗效果显著 ,安全。Objective To investigate the effect of the expectant treatment in plactenta previa with nifedipine. Methods 61 women with placenta previa of pre-term labor were randomly assigned into two groups. 31 patients treated with magnesium sulfate were served as control group. 30 patients were enrolled in the study group. Observe the effects of nifedipine on the treatment of placenta previa. Its side effects and the outcome of infants were studied. Results The study group prolonged the gestational period to an average of 27.96 days and increased the birth weight of newborn to an average of 2916.32g ( P <0.05). Conclusion Nifedipine is highly effective and safe for expectant treatment of placenta previa.
