摘 要:目的:对暴马子皮性状与显微特征进行研究,以完善2015年版《中国药典》质量标准。方法:对暴马子皮进行性状鉴别、显微鉴别。结果:观察并描述了暴马子皮的原植物形态、性状特征和显微特征;其中韧皮部有较多石细胞群及纤维束,韧皮射线1~2列;粉末中石细胞较多,壁厚,孔沟明显;薄壁细胞壁连珠状增厚,以上为鉴别要点。结论:为暴马子皮的生药学鉴别、资源的开发利用和《中国药典》中该药材质量标准的完善提供参考。Objective: This paper studied morphology and microscopic characteristics of Syringae cortex so as to perfect the Chinese Pharmacopeia 2015 edition. Methods: Syringae cortex was identified by morphological and microscopic identification methods. Results: The original plant characteristics, morphological and microscopic characteristics were described. There are some circular belts of sclereid clearly visible while phloem fibers could be obviously distinguished from transection of Syringae Cortex, and the ray cells of phloem were composed of one or two row cells. There were more stones cells inside the powder, and is usually thick wailed and pits visible. The parenchymal cells of which were thick-walled and the cytoderm like pearls. Conclusion: This study provides evidences for the identification, resources utilization and quality specification control of the medicinal material of Syringae cortex.
