中药新药研发中原料药材调查研究思路和方法——以巴天酸模为例

摘　　要：目的:探讨地方标准收载药材作为新药研发原料药材资源的研究方法。方法:查阅资料和标本,分析确定出主要分布区,制定调查路线;进行野外初查,制定适合调查品种的野外调查方案。结果和结论:根据资源分布和数量调查结果确定出资源量集中的区域,采集用于质量研究的样本,归纳出影响药材质量的一些因素。Objective： To explore the research method of crude herb of the new drug which recorded by local standards. Methods： By accessing and analyzing the distributed data and specimens, the main distribution region was decided and the investigation route was made. Referring to the reports, specimens and field preliminary researches, the compatible investigation plan was determined. Results and Conclusion： The resources concentrated area was determined according to the distribution of resources and the investigation result. The samples used for quality control were collected, some factors affecting the quality of herb were elucidated.
