摘 要:高圆簧加橡胶垫这一结构具有较小的横向刚度,能显著改善机车车辆的动力学性能,并且能有效减小高圆簧所受的应力。但是高圆簧加橡胶垫这一结构的参数,会对其横向刚度值以及机车车辆的动力学性能产生很大的影响。通过将理论分析与具体的算例相结合分析了橡胶垫结构参数如橡胶垫硬度、橡胶垫的厚度、橡胶垫内径的大小对高圆簧加橡胶垫这一复合结构横向刚度的影响,在此基础上,还对橡胶垫以不同结构形式与高圆簧配合时高圆簧加橡胶垫的横向刚度进行了分析和对比,从而对高圆簧加橡胶垫这一结构的横向刚度特性进行了系统分析,为理论分析计算以及实际设计和选择应用高圆簧加橡胶垫这一结构提供了参考依据。The structure of flexicoil spring with rubber pad has a very small lateral stiffness, can significantly improve the dynamic performance of the locomotives and vehicles, and can effectively reduce the stress of flexicoil spring. But the lateral stiffness values of the flexicoil spring with rubber pad and the dynamic performance of the locomotives and vehicles can be greatly affected by the structure parameters of flexicoil spring with rubber pad. Thus, in this paper, the affect of the rubber pad structural parameters such as the rubber hardness, thickness, rubber pad inner diameter to the lateral stiffness of flexicoil spring with rubber pad have been analyzed through the methods of theoretical study combined with calculation examples. On this basis, the lateral stiffness of flexicoil spring with rubber pad in different structural forms is analyzed and compared. Through this analysis of lateral stiffness of the flexicoil spring with rubber pad, it can provide basis for theoretical analysis and calculation as well as the design and applications of the flexicoil spring with rubber pad.
