摘　　要：某混凝土屋面热熔满粘法施工的SBS改性沥青卷材防水层因材料质量和设计施工不合理而过早失效渗漏,采用单层SBS防水卷材机械固定系统对此屋面进行翻新,不仅节材、缩短工期,而且防水效果显著。Due to the material quality and unreasonable design and construction, the concrete roof with hot melt and full adhered SBS modified bitumen waterproofing leaked. However, roof renovation using single ply SBS modified bitumen waterproofing membrane mechanical fasten system can save materals, shorten the construction period, and get good waterproof effect.
