摘 要:研究辽宁省城市土地利用综合绩效,对实现辽宁省城市工业经济持续发展与土地资源高效持续利用具有重要意义。结合辽宁省城市土地利用概况与综合绩效内涵,采用AHP法、功效函数、模糊综合评判法验证。结果表明:①2001—2010年,辽宁省及14城市土地利用综合绩效都在提升,但提升幅度不同;②辽宁省域经济投入产出和社会经济发展绩效逐渐提升,生态环境质量绩效从2007年起呈下降趋势;③城市功能定位、区位资源与产业结构是促使各城市土地利用综合绩效时空分异的重要驱动因素,提出辽宁省城市土地利用综合绩效优化对策。Urban land was important public resource and asset. Study of comprehensive land - use performance of Liaoning had great significance to achieve sustainable development of urban industry and economy and efficient use of land resources. This paper combined land - use general situation and comprehensive performance of Liaoning to establish the evaluation system from three aspects : Economic input and output, urban and social development, environmental quality. Then this paper used AHP, DEA and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the urban land- use efficiency. The results showed: From 2001 to 2010, comprehensive landuse efficiencies of 14 cities in Liaoning Province were all enhanced, but the raise were different. Economic input- output and social-economic development efficiency were increasing enhanced, but ecological environment efficiency began to decrease since 2007. City function, resources location and industrial location were important drivers of urban land - use comprehensive performance differentiation. At last, this paper proposed several countermeasures to enhance the urban land - use comprehensive performance Liaoning. The countermeasures were to achieve regional industrial integration, to set different function for different cities, to improve guiding and con- trol functions of land - use planning and enhance ecological function of urban land resources.
