摘　　要：再生利用产业链运行不畅,关键在于社会契约优化与责任履行。分析主体行为特征、演变规律、驱动因素反馈关系,研究责任体系构建、分配机理与集成共担路径;构建主体效用函数,探讨行为博弈策略与动态演化机理,建立完整社会契约设计与集成优化途径;架构责任制度体系,研究环际、链际社会契约协同序参量选择、协同标准和有效性评价;构建符合国情的再生利用产业链完整社会契约集成理论体系,完善与丰富社会契约理论。The key, which resulted in the sluggish of waste electric and electronic equipment recycling industry, was the problem of optimization and performace for whole social contracts. It built responsibility system, distribution mechanism and intergration ways. It constructed subject utility function, and explored that the game strategy and dynamic evolution mechanism. Particularly, it discussed the whole social contracts design and intergrated optimization ways. Body responsibility system from integrated sharing joint responsibilities would be built, and then contracted synergy metric and effectiveness evaluation based on contract coordination order parameter selection was further researched. From the above, the research would build whole social contracts intergrated theory system for waste electrical and electronic equipment recycling supply chain with price coordination in China, which would perfect and enrich the social contract theory.
