摘 要:在水平井、大位移井等复杂井的固井过程中,套管下入摩阻的大小关系着固井作业的成败,安装了扶正器的套管下入摩阻和不安装扶正器的套管下入摩阻之间的大小关系在固井工程界一直存在争议。为此,对井眼内安装扶正器和不安装扶正器的套管柱进行了受力变形分析,根据套管在井内的实际情况对各自的摩阻系数进行研究,并通过计算机编程对两者建立的模型进行计算比较。以德阳新沙某井为实例进行计算,并与实测值对比得出两者之间的关系,为固井下套管摩阻的预测提供了参考依据。In the process of cementing of complicated well such as horizontal wells,extended reach wells and so on,the size of the casing friction is relative to the success or failure of cementing operation. The deformation and force of casing which has been installed centralizer and not installed centralizer were analyzed,and their coefficient of friction resistance was also studied. The calculation models of casing friction with centralizer and without centralizer were established and the friction drag was calculated and compared. Taking one well in Deyang as an example,the relationship between calculation value and the measured value was obtained by comparing. The research provided reference for predicting casing friction in cementing.
