摘 要:针对吐哈油田深层致密砂岩区域煤系地层水平井钻井的难点,开展了煤系地层井身结构优化、井眼轨迹优化、煤层安全定向、防塌钻井液体系及长水平段优快钻井等配套技术研究,并在现场试验中得到了成功应用,与前期所钻水平井相比,煤层定向平均完钻周期降低了27.5%,复杂事故时效减少了94.90%;水平井平均钻井周期缩短了47.41%,平均机械钻速提高了56.93%,水平段长度增加了43.76%,水平段平均复杂事故时效减少了86.22%,油层钻遇率最高达97%,有效地保证了深层煤系地层水平井安全快速施工,同时吉4H井创最深水平井与最长水平段记录,标志着吐哈油田深层致密气藏水平井技术取得了重要进展,并为其它油田煤系地层水平井钻井提供了借鉴作用。According to the drilling difficulties of horizontal well in tight sandstone area in Tuha oilfield deep coal measure strata,some matching technologies were studied,including casing program optimization,trajectory optimization,safe orientation of coalbed,anti- collapse drilling fluid system and fast drilling technology in long horizontal section and so on. These technologies have been applied successfully in the horizontal well drilling of coal measure strata. Compared with early horizontal well drilled,the coal directional drilling cycle was reduced by27. 5%,the complex accident proportion was reduced by 94.90%. In term of horizontal well,average drilling cycle was shortened by 47. 41%,the ROP was improved 56. 93%,horizontal section was increased by 43. 76%,horizontal section average complex accident proportion was reduced 86. 22%. At the same time,well Ji4H has created the records of the deepest well depth and the longest horizontal section in Tuha Oilfield. It provided references for developing similar coal gas reservoir in other oilfield.
