摘 要:中原油田开发进入中后期,井况、剩余油分布日益复杂,常规水力压裂已无法满足油田精细开发需要。为解决深层低渗复杂井况压裂技术难题,研制水力喷射工具,开发抗高剪切水力喷射压裂液,研究压裂优化设计技术,设计压裂管柱,优化裂缝、施工参数,形成了适合中原油田的复杂井况水力喷射压裂技术。完善了水力压裂技术,填补了中原油田水平井压裂空白,实现了近水层、复杂储层、管外窜井压裂,102 mm套管轻微变形井分层压裂,提升了压裂技术的适用性、有效性,为难动用储量的有效开发提供了保障。With the development of Zhongyuan oilfield,the remaining oil distribution increasingly become complex,the conventional hydraulic fracturing technology already can't satisfy the need of oilfield development. In order to solve the fracturing technology problem in the deep low permeability complex well,the hydraulic jet tool was researched,anti- high shear hydraulic jet fracturing fluid was developed,the fracturing technology design and the fracturing string design were optimized. Finally,the hydraulic jet fracturing technology suited for complex well conditions in Zhongyuan Oilfield was formed. The hydraulic jet fracturing technology perfected the hydraulic fracturing technology,realized the fracturing of near water layer,complex reservoir and tube outer channeling well. It promoted the applicability and validity of the fracturing technology.
