摘 要:苏里格气田气井普遍具有低压、低产、小水量的特点,单井产量低,携液能力差,部分气井井筒存在积液甚至出现水淹停产。为了确保气田平稳生产,在低压低产气井实施了多项排水采气措施,取得相应效果。随着气田开发时间增长,积液井不断增多,排水采气方面的工作量不断增大,如沿用以前工作方式难以满足气田发展需要。数字化排水采气系统集成气田数字化技术和采气工艺技术,优化核心技术,创新排水采气工作模式,实现了自动排查气田产水井、展示积液井、计算井筒积液、优选气井排水采气措施、实时跟踪气井生产情况、分析总结排水采气措施效果等功能。通过该系统,量化排水采气措施关键参数,减轻技术人员工作量,提高技术人员工作效率,改善气田现场技术支撑环境。The characteristics of the Sulige gas field are low pressure,small specific water yield,low single well production,and poor liquid carrying ability. In order to ensure stable production of gas field,drainage gas recovery measures were applied in low pressure and low yield gas well,and the corresponding effects were obtained. With the increase of Sulige gas field development time,the liquid loading wells increasing,the conventional drainage gas recovery technology already is difficult to satisfy the need of Sulige gas field development. Digitizing drainage gas recovery system integrates digitalization technology and gas recovery technology. The system optimized their core technology,innovated drainage gas recovery pattern,realized the automatic checking producing water wells,calculating wellbore fluid,optimizing drainage gas recovery measures,real- time tracking gas well production,analyzing the drainage gas recovery effects etc. Through this system,the key parameters of gas drainage recovery measures were quantified,the workload of technical staff was reduced,and work efficiency was improved.
