摘 要:分别制备了不同配比的双酚A型苯并噁嗪/含磷环氧树脂(BE)二元体系和双酚A型苯并噁嚓/含磷环氧树脂/二氨基二苯砜(BES)三元体系的浇铸体。用差示扫描量热(DSC)研究了各体系的固化反应,用垂直燃烧性能测试、锥形量热测试、热重分析(TGA)、热重-红外联用(TGA-FTIR)等手段,研究了该体系的热降解和阻燃性。结果表明,在双酚A型苯并噁嚓/含磷环氧树脂体系中加人10%的二氨基二苯砜,当含磷环氧树脂量大于50%,BES三元体系浇铸体样条可以达到UL94 V-0级。但在锥形量热测试中,BE二元体系的热释放速率(HRR)和总热释放量(THR)反而低于BES三元体系,显示更好的阻燃性。Different proportions of bisphenol-A type benzoxazine/phosphorus-containing epoxy resin ( BE ) binary system and bisphenol-A type benzoxazine/phosphorus-containing epoxy resin/ diaminodiphenylsulfone (BES) ternary system castings were prepared respectively. The differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was used to study the curing reaction. The vertical burning test, cone calorimeter test, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and thermogravimetric analysis/infrared spectrometry (TGA-FFIR) were used to study the thermal degradation and the flame retardancy of the system. The results showed that when phosphorus containing epoxy resin was greater than 50%, adding 10%-diaminodiphenylsulfone into the bisphenol A type benzoxazine/phosphorus containing epoxy resin system, the BES ternary castings can be achieved UL 94 V-0 level. But in cone calorimeter tests, BE binary system heat release rate (HRR) and total heat release (THR) were lower than those of BES ternary system which showed better flame retardaney.
