可剥离型聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶乳液的制备及性能

摘　　要：以丙烯酸丁酯为软单体,甲基丙烯酸甲酯为硬单体,采用双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)/己二酰肼(ADH)室温自交联体系,通过预乳化半连续工艺制备了可剥离型聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶乳液。确定了较佳的工艺条件:软硬单体质量比为80/18,引发剂用量为0.7%,乳化剂用量为3%,交联单体DAAM用量为2%,搅拌桨转速为240 r/min。在此条件下聚合过程稳定,制备岀的压敏胶力学性能良好,且易于剥离。The removable acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive emulsions were prepared by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization with butyl acrylate as soft monomer, methyl methacrylate as hard monomer, and diacetone acrylamide/adipic dihydrazide as room temperature self-crosslinking system. The better conditions of preparation process were suggested as follows： the mass ratio of soft monomer to hard monomer was 80/18, the amount of initiator, emulsifier and diacetone acrylamide was 0. 7%, 3% and 2%, respectively, the agitation rate was controlled in 240 r/min. obtained pressure sensitive adhesive showed The good polymerization was stable under such conditions, and the mechanical performance and was easy to be removed.
