雌二醇对大鼠动脉损伤后内膜增殖的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨雌二醇对去势大鼠颈总动脉球囊损伤后内膜增殖的影响。方法　选择 8～ 1 0 w SD大鼠 ,分为雌、雄性组 ,各有 3个亚组 :非去势对照组、去势对照组、雌二醇试验组。腹腔注射雌二醇 3 d后 ,2 .0 mm PTCA球囊导管损伤左颈总动脉。动脉损伤后2 w处死大鼠 ,图像处理仪测量内膜面积、内膜面积 /肌层面积。结果　雄性试验组内膜面积、内膜面积 /肌层面积 ,均显著比非去势对照组减小 (均 P<0 .0 1 ) ,比去势对照组减小 (均 P<0 .0 5) ;雌性试验组内膜组织、内膜 /肌层均显著比去势对照组减小 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,与非去势对照组差异不大 (P均 >0 .0 5)。Objective To investigate the effect of estradiol on inhibition of neointimal proliferation after carotid common arteries of rats were injured with balloon catheter.Methods Eight ten weeks old SD rats were divided into groups male( n =21) and famale( n =21),in which consists of subgroups intact control,gonadectomized control,and estradiol.Left carotid common arteries were not injured with 2 0 FPTCA balloon catheter until estradiol had injected for three days.Then rats were killed in two weeks.Neointimal areas,ratios of intima/media in artery,were measured with computer.Results Neointimal areas and ratios of intimate/media,in male,in subgroup estradiol were less than those in the intact control significantly(all P <0 01),and those in the gonadectomized control(all P <0 05).Those,in female,in the estradiol were less than those in the gonadectompzed control evidently(all P <0 01),were smilar to those in the intact control(all P >0 05).Conclusions Estradiol inhibits neointimal proliferation after the gonadectomized rats carotid artery were injured with balloon catheter.
