摘  要:基于风险评价理论,依据FTA方法及风险重要性评价法,确定了包涵静态和动态风险指标以及概率和严重度指标的承压设备典型事故现实风险评价指标体系;运用AHP方法确定了各评价指标的权重,并针对各指标特性确立相应的风险分值标准,建立了承压类特种设备典型事故现实风险分级评价模型;最后以锅炉爆炸为实例验证了该评价方法的实用性和可操作性。该研究可为承压类特种设备使用过程典型事故现实风险分级评价和管理控制提供依据。Based on the theory of risk assessment,this paper optimizes the index system according to the FTA and risk important degree evaluation method and determines the index weights using the AHP. Thus it designs an eval- uation model of realistic risks for the typical accidents of special pressure equipment, including static and dynamic risk indexes as well as probability and severity indexes. The study sets up corresponding risk grade standards ac- cording to the characteristics of each index. Finally,the paper establishes the ranking evaluation models of realistic risks for the typical accidents of the explosion of special pressure equipment, and takes the explosion of boiler as an example to verify the practicability ant operability of the evaluation method. The study provides a scientific theory and method for the analysis, evaluation, management and control of realistic risks for typical accidents in the utiliza- tion process of the special pressure equipment.
