摘  要:直剪试验是获取岩体结构面抗剪强度参数的传统方法,直剪试验制样时结构面在水泥砂浆中不可避免地会产生不均匀沉降,沉降量小会产生误差角,误差角一般在5°左右,沉降量大则会导致上、下两个试样之间的水泥代替结构面受剪面摩擦受剪,更有甚者将导致结构面的受剪面与水泥砂浆齐平或被砂浆埋没,造成废样。为了避免直剪试验数据严重失真,本文研制了一种防沉降夹,在结构面制样时使用其可解决结构面不均匀沉降问题,并能显著提高直剪试验数据的精度和可靠度,同时该防沉降夹具有体积小、易携带、易操作等特点,在直剪试验中具有广泛的应用价值。Direct shear test is a traditional method commonly used to obtain the rock shear strength parame- ters. However,uneven submergence in cement mortar is unavoidable during the process of sample prepara- tion in the direct shear test. Though the submergence is tiny,the error angle is produced and it is around 5° based on the statistics of a large number of test samples. While the settlement is large, the cement of two models will rub each other during the shear test. What is more,the surfaces of structural plane will be flush with cement mortar or be buried by cement mortar, which may lead to the invalidation of the sample. In or- der to avoid the serious error of the test data, the anti-settlement clamp is trituraed. During the sample preparation of structural plane, the anti-settlement clamp can resolve the uneven submergence of the struc- tural plane, so it can significantly improve the accuracy and reliability of the direct shear test data. The an- ti-settlement clamp is small and easy to carry and operate, so it has high application value in the direct shear test.
