摘  要:目的探讨消毒供应中心手术器械管理的科学方法。方法成立品管圈小组,进行品管圈知识培训,选定活动主题,进行现状调查,分析器械包出现缺陷的原因,制定对策并实施持续质量改进。结果实施前手术器械包发生缺陷41个,实施后降为9个,实施前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论开展QCC活动对消毒供应中心手术器械包装质量进行持续改进,可有效降低缺陷率,以提高临床满意度。Objective To explore the scientific management for surgical equipment in Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD). Methods Quality control circle (QCC) group was established. QCC knowledge training and survey was carried out. Causes of defect in the surgical instrument packages were analyzed and strategies were generated to improve the quality of the instrument packages. Results Before implementation of the strategies, 41 operation instrument sets had defects, and 9 had defects after that (P〈0.01). Conclusion QCC can continuously improve the quality of surgical instrument sets in CSSD, effectively reduce the defect rate, and improve the clinical satisfaction.
