聚丙烯小平片修补股疝56例

摘　　要：目的探讨聚丙烯小平片修补股疝的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2012年12月，郑州大学第一附属医院采用聚丙烯小平片无张力修补股疝56例临床资料，观察其复发及并发症情况。结果本组患者均治愈出院，术后恢复良好，患者满意。随访6～24个月，无切口感染、慢性疼痛、股疝及腹股沟疝复发、下肢静脉血栓形成等并发症发生。结论聚丙烯小平片修补股疝简单易行，复发率低，并发症少，术后恢复快。Objective To explore the method and effect of the tension-free repair for femoral hernia. Methods A total of 56 cases with femoral hernia repair by small pat patch were summarized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2011 to December 2012. Results All cases were followed up from 6 to 24 months and cured without postoperative complications such as incision infection,chronic pain,recurrence and phlebothrombosis of leg. Conclusions Application of small patch to repair the femoral hernia are simple and practicable with rapid recovery and few complications.
