疝补片在剖宫产术后腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨疝补片在剖宫产术后腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症治疗中的应用。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2012年10月，山西医科大学第二医院收治的22例应用疝补片的腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症患者的治疗效果，并观察术后并发症及复发情况。结果本组所有患者手术顺利，手术时间30～60min，术中出血少，术后均恢复良好，术后手术切口无红肿，切口均甲级愈合。平均住院时间（6．2±1．6）d。术后随访3年，均无病灶复发、感染及切口疝发生。结论病灶较大的腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症应做到根治性切除；病灶切除后，可应用疝补片彻底修复较大的腹壁缺损，防止术后切口疝的复发。Objective To explore the application hernia patch in treatment of patients with abdominal incisional endometriosis after cesarean section. Methods A total of 22 patients with incision of abdominal wall treated with endometriosis in the Second Hospital Affiliated to Shanxi Medical University from January 2008 to October 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. The complications and recurrence after operation were observed. Results All the patients were treated with a smooth operation. The operation time was 30 to 60 minutes with less bleeding and recovered after operation incision without any swelling and incision. The mean of hospitalization stay was （6.2 ± 1.6 ） days. During 3-year follow-up, there was no recurrence, infection or incisional hernia. Conclusions Large abdominal incisional endometriosis can achieve radical resection. The hernia patch can be applied after excision to repair abdominal wall defect and prevent recurrence of incisional hernia.
