提高孕产妇防控HIV意识对降低HIV母婴传播率的影响

摘　　要：目的:提高孕产妇防控HIV意识,降低HIV母婴传播率。方法:将2012年1-12月在深圳市龙岗区人民医院就诊孕产妇中随机抽取400例作为研究对象,采取问卷调查与孕产妇和新生儿病原学检测。结果:400例研究对象对于HIV方面知识掌握程度不是很理想,25.00%的人不了解,主要掌握人群在基本了解阶段190例(47.50%);4例孕产妇HIV检测阳性,孕产妇检测阳性率为1.28%,新生儿检测HIV抗体阳性2例,母婴HIV传播率为50.00%。结论:加强孕产妇防控意识,能有效控制HIV母婴传播率,对控制HIV的发生与流行有十分重要的意义。[ Abstract ] Objective： Raising awareness of maternal HIV prevention, to reduce the rates of mother-to-child of HIV.Method： From January 2012 to December 2012 in The People＇s Hospital in Longgang District of Shenzhen City, we randomly selected 400 cases for the study, taking the questionnaire and maternal and neonatal pathogen detection.Result： 400 cases studied there for HIV mastery of knowledge were not very satisfactory, there were 25.00% of the people do not understand, grasp a basic understanding of the main stage crowd at 190 cases（47.50%）.4 cases were HIV-positive pregnant women, pregnant women testing positive rate was 1.28%, newborn testing HIV positive two cases, mother-to-child HIV transmission rate was 50.00%.Conclusion： Strengthen prevention and control of maternal awareness can effectively control the rate of mother-to-child of HIV, the control of HIV incidence and prevalence has a very important significance.
